Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover by secure online payment via PayPal. When you submit your credit card details, it is maintained by PayPal - we never see or store your personal credit card details. This method ensures faster payment for us and the best possible security for you.

Checks and Money Orders can be mailed to us. All payment methods must clear prior to production starting.

How to prepare / submit artwork
We accept art in almost any format. Large resolution images are preferred as it allows us to more easily create your blueprint. The bigger and clearer your artwork is, the easier it will be to create a blueprint from it. When possible, please make sure your design is as close to how you want it to look as possible.

If you know the PMS codes for the colors you would like, please include those with your artwork. If you do not, we will provide the closest mapping to a valid PMS color as possible in your final blueprint. Please note that colors of images may appear differently depending on your monitor and many other factors. It is for this reason that we use the Pantone Matching System to communicate color details. Please obtain a PMS chart from www.pantone.com if your coin or pin relies on exact color matching.

Copyright, Art Ownership and Intellectual Property Policy
You own your artwork, we use it to fulfill your order only. We will not distribute your original art piece in any way. We will display any original art on our public web site only with your prior consent. Original art is stored in our customer portal system and visible only to you and those whom you grant access to via your username and password.

Unless you request that your creation be exempted, we reserve the right to create up to 10 samples of the work as part of our portfolio. We will not sell these samples but do reserve the right to distribute and display them in person and on our web site as examples of our production capabilties. You may request exemption prior to the placement of your production order.

It is your responsibility to obtain permission and/or license to use any copyrighted designs/materials incorporated into your custom product. We do not maintain responsibility or assist in retrieving these rights. By placing an order with us, you agree that we are not responsible in any way for copyright infringements associated with your item and/or any fines and penalties that may result.

Artwork Review/Approval
As part of your order, we derive a blueprint from your original artwork. It is your responsibility to review this blueprint for accuracy. Pay special attention to the spelling of any terms on the coin, colors used, and all other design elements. Once approved by you for production, any change will incur additional cost and will impact delivery time for your project.

Sales Tax
We are a Michigan-based corporation. We may be required to collect sales tax for items not intended for resale which are shipped to addresses in Michigan. If you intend to resell and collect the sales tax on your own, we will need a written statement to that effect so that we can avoid charging sales tax.

Duties and Tariffs
We ship direct to your provided address. Some countries may assess customs duties or import tariffs on custom metal products. These duties and tariffs are not included in our quoted price and may be billed to you by your country's customs officials. You are responsible for the payment of these duties and tariffs.

Cancellation of Orders
If you decide to cancel your order, you will be responsible for any accumulated costs of production. We reserve the right to have 4 business days to complete the cancellation. In this case, we will send to you any items already complete or destroy them for you at your option.

No warranty of merchantability
We produce your custom product to your specification. We do not warranty or guarantee the merchantability or fitness of the products we manufacture for any particular purpose, use or event.

Privacy Statement
Your privacy is very important to us. We do not share, rent, or sell any customer information. Information you provide is used solely to complete and deliver your order.

Any financial information is shredded after use. We reccommend mailing your payment details or using one of our secure payment mechanisms (like PayPal) to prevent the electronic theft of your financial details. We happily accept your payment information via email, however by transmitting such data over email - you assume all responsibility for the possible interception or theft of the information.

Legal Venue
In the event that a legal dispute should arise, all parties agree that the jurisdiction and venue for such a dispute is Kent County, Michigan, USA. If a claim against The Geocoin Club LLC is determined by a court of law to be without merit, you agree to repay to The Geocoin Club LLC, its owners, partners, and subsidiaries any and all expense relating to the legal defense against your claim. Should the dispute be over the legal use of trademarked or copyright material used in violation of our copyright policy, you agree to bear sole expense for The Geocoin Club LLC's legal defense against such claims.
